Effective 15 August 2026. This covers how Eclypse Pte. Ltd. handles personal data collected through this website — contact-form submissions and site analytics. It does not describe how the Eclypse platform processes data inside a customer's own deployment; see Security & trust for that.

What we collect
Two categories, and nothing beyond them:
- Information you submit. The "Book a working session" form on our Contact page collects your name, work email, company, job title, phone number (optional), your deployment environment, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics via Google's tag (gtag.js/Google Analytics) — pages visited, general location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This uses cookies and similar identifiers.
Why we collect it
Form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and follow up about a working session. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where the site is confusing or broken — we don't use it to individually identify or profile visitors beyond what Google's own tools expose.
Who we share it with
Three categories of processor handle this data on our behalf, each strictly for the purpose above:
- Microsoft 365, which receives form submissions as an email to our sales inbox.
- Google, for site analytics (Google Analytics/Google tag).
- Cloudflare, our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure, which necessarily handles all traffic to this site.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
Where it's processed
Because Cloudflare and Google operate global infrastructure, your data may be processed outside of Singapore. Where that happens, it's handled under those providers' own standard safeguards for cross-border data transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep a form submission for as long as it's relevant to a genuine business enquiry or relationship, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule for our account configuration.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, and equivalent regimes such as the EU/UK GDPR where they apply to you, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct it if it's wrong or out of date;
- delete it, or withdraw consent for us to keep contacting you; and
- tell you more about how a specific piece of data is used or shared.

Children
This site is a business-to-business marketing site and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes materially, we'll update this page and change the effective date above.
